Community Digs Deep for Cooroy Country Fundraiser

It was an amazing night and an amazing crowd at the Cooroy RSL on Saturday night 29th February 2020.  In excess of 250 guests (capacity) attended the Bushfire Appeal event to raise money for Wilvos Wildlife Volunteers and they were entertained into the night by three wonderful bands who generously volunteered their time and talent to help make the night a wonderful success.

Re-Introducing Cooroy Country Wear and Jeanery

If you have been into Cooroy in the last 18 months you would have noticed the good-looking roosters that are Cooroy Country Menswear and Jeanery.  The small family owned store was opened as there was a huge gap in the area for men.  The owners visited every shop in Cooroy to make sure they weren’t going to be selling anything that any other shop was, this was important to them as they also wanted to be embraced by the other stores as well as the customers.  In doing this they very quickly realised that there was also a huge gap in quality women’s and children’s country wear.  Our beautiful little town, Cooroy is also now, very much a tourist destination....

Noosa News 'Made in Noosa' Feature

Cooroy locals Kerry Martin and her daughter in-law Joanne Hill identified a huge gap in the clothing market in the Cooroy/Noosa area for men and so 10 months ago, Cooroy Country Menswear and Jeanery came into being.
