Shipping Policy

Within Australia, Cooroy Country Wear and Jeanery will use standard mail with Australia Post, which has a delivery time of approximately 3-5 business days (5-6 business days outside of WA) from dispatch, dispatch being 2-4 days handling time before dispatched. Please ensure you provide an address in which you can safely receive your items when delivered by Australia Post, as we are unable to offer refund, credit or replacement for items where the order has been delivered as per Tracking Number details.

Shipping times and cost (at Cooroy Country Wear and Jeanery discretion) may vary according to item/s and location of delivery. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item.

Postage applicable to returned and reissued items (other than an item deemed faulty) are at the customers expense.

 

Alternatively, you can choose the CLICK & COLLECT option at checkout to pick up your order from the Cooroy Country Wear and Jeanery store. Please allow up to 7 days, in case we need to organise any styles to go to chosen store from a supplier. We will be in contact with you as soon as this is ready to be collected!

 

Internationally, Cooroy Country Wear and Jeanery will ship to overseas destinations outside of Australia on request and the delivery fee will be determined at the time of the transaction.  Please be advised that shipping to overseas may incur a Duty Fee which is paid to customs on arrival in the country of delivery, by the purchaser, for the parcel to be released.  The duty fee is based on the value of the parcel being sent.  Please ensure you make inquiries should you be requesting goods to be sent overseas.
